1. Can I pay with a credit card?

You can pay utility bills over the phone with a credit or debit card by calling 970-785-2245.    

2. What are these "other" charges on my utility bill?

Utility accounts bill for several things:
- Actual use of water and sewer
- Fees to maintain infrastructure (pipes, meters, valves, existing street lighting, existing and planned sidewalks)

Some residents also choose to have their trash service charged to their utility bill for convenience.

3. When is my utility bill due?

Utility bills are calculated on or before the 1st Tuesday of each month and are due on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Those accounts that remain unpaid are disconnected on the 4th Tuesday of each month. A fee may be assessed to reconnect a utility account that has been disconnected due to non-payment.

4. When will my trash be picked up?

Monday trash collections include the subdivisions of:
- Homestead
- Rodgers Farm
- Reed
- Sholdt
- Garden Court

All other locations are picked up on Friday. B&C Refuse is the current service provider for trash collection within town limits. For holiday collection schedules, you may contact them at 970-785-2908.
