The Court will accept payment up until the close of business two days prior to your court hearing. If you wish to make payment after that, $30.00 court costs will be added to the amount on the face of the summons. If the summons does not state an amount for a fine, payment in advance of court is not permitted. A court appearance by the defendant is necessary.
