The municipal utility bill can be paid at the Platteville Town Hall or online with Xpress Bill Pay. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and Discover. To pay your Utility Bill online, please go to http://www.xpressbillpay.com/ and set up an account. A $0.50 convenience fee will be assessed with each transaction made online or over the phone.

To put an account in someone's name, we require a Utility Form along with a vaild form of government issued identification and either a copy of the lease agreement, rental agreement, or the waranty deed of ownership. The first month's bill will be higher than additional months due to two months of base fees requiring payment in advance. For more information or exact costs, please review the Utility Pricing Information or call (970)785-2245 extension 1104.

To make changes to the utility account we require a Utility Form along with a valid form of government issued identification. 

To request a final reading for the Town of Platteville utilities, please fill out the Final Utility Request Form and submit. Please be aware that there will be a final meter read fee of $15.00 added onto the account.
